What recruitment niches do you currently support?
The system is optimised for the AI and data niche roles, with a focus on mid-market sized firms in Europe, the US, and GCC.
How do you ensure the match results are relevant?
The system uses multiple methods to vet a candidate for a job. There are three broad categories.
Is this the kind of job the candidate wants?
location, remote type, contract etc
Does the candidate match the job requirements?
Technical, experience, domain, and management experience is used to evaluate the match.
Is the company that posted the job a potential target client of yours?
Does the company size, location, industry match your Ideal Client Profile?
How do you find jobs for me?
We search through thousands of active job listings, scoring them based on how well they match your skills and preferences.
What if I want to increase the number of candidates?
It may be possible, let's discuss. The standard for the Pilot is however 5 candidates per each run per each week.
Can I incorporate this into an automated email outbound campaign?
Yes, you can download your leads as a CSV and load them into any outbound email service you want.
Can you offer this as an end to end service? e.g. I provide candidates, you find and contact the leads for me?
Yes, this is an option that I am exploring. With a subscription fee for the basic service, and then a split success fee partnership.
What countries or regions do you focus on?
We primarily work with companies across Europe, the Gulf states, and South Africa, but we’re always expanding to find opportunities globally.
Is this legit?
Yes, this is an early stage solo-founder startup.
